RassleResults: NBW Dyersburg, TN 10.13.07 - New NBW Champion!!

The show opened with Jimmy Tidwell and Mark Justice coming out to let everyone know that Jimmy made arrangements while he was still Commissioner that Mark Justice would get a title shot on any day and time of his choosing. Jimmy let everyone know to look for Mark to get his title shot in the next few weeks.

Triple Threat Match for the High Risk Title
Galon Ray vs Phoenix X vs J.R. Manson
Gaylon and Phoenix both pinned J.R at the same time and the ref holds up the title.

Brian Steele vs Crazy Train
Brian Steele's music played but no Brian. The bell rang and the ref counted to ten. Crazy Train was awarded the win by count out. Mark Justice came out and beat up CT after the match and saying that he did what he wanted, when he wanted.

NBW Tag Team Title Match
“Black Label Society” [Void/Robbie Douglas] defeated “Ultimate Bodies” [Jon Roberts/Sicilian Kid] with Albert
Baron Malkavain and Lil Tim Alfonso defeated Kilo – Kilo left them lying after the bout.

Jeremy Moore defeated Tim Edwards to win the title.
While Jeremy was celebrating his victory with the crowd Jimmy Tidwell makes his way to the announce table and congratulates Jeremy on the win and informs Jeremy that now is the time. Jeremy turns his attention to the ring entrance but Mark Justice has already made his way to the ring and was behind Jeremy.

Mark Justice defeated Jeremy Moore to win the title.
Justice knocked the ref down after going back and forth with Moore for a bit and Moore was in a comeback going for the RKO on Justice. Justice shoved him off to the ropes and Moore duck a clothesline with Jimmy Tidwell hitting Moore in the back of the head with the title belt. Moore staggered forward into the “Hard Justice” aka “Sex Appeal.” The ref was still down Jimmy Tidwell hit the mat for the 3 count.

Jimmy then gets the mic and tells Allen Walker to let the fans know that the contract that he mentioned at the first of the show also stated that he would be the ref when Justice decided he wanted his title shot. Kilo came out to help Moore at the end.

----75 to 80 paid with over 100 in the building with a gate close to $375…Is it just me or does it look like someone was watching WWE when booking this?? Two title changes for the main belt in two matches?? Not a big fan of that stuff, but have no problem with Justice being the champ – at least better than Edwards or Moore...Also something to think about?? If you run a big show and bring in Jerry Lawler to put over a stip, then keep the stip alive – do not let Tidwell do ANYTHING. If you do, then the fans believe stips mean nothing. Get creative and come up with some other reason for Justice getting a title shot. Even though it was explained that Tidwell did the contract before the stip, you are still screwing with the stip…Kilo, who is a baby, leaving too heels laying is just weird booking…Next week, “Superman” Jason Reed returns with his “friends”?? I have been told to look for some new faces in NBW in the next few weeks…Word I am getting is even though Edwards lost the belt he is still in with the promotion…Albert the manager of the “Ultimate Bodies” [and that is so funny guys – love it!] is a big guy that the fans were chanting “Fat Albert” at him…It really does look like they got Justice over here as the top heel. They need a good babyface chasing the belt from him and it does not need to be Moore.
