----I have taken the time to address this to some of the people that send in results to me, but it keeps happening. So..brand new policy - I will accept no results that are sent via yahoo/msn messenger. I am not trying to be an ass, but I have messenger on my laptop, at the home offices of RRO and on my work computer. So, I have requested reporters to send stuff via e-mail, because results get lost sometimes when I log into messenger on all three machines on one day.
