Former MCW/WWE Star Lance Cade passes away

In a sad news story to start the weekend, I read on www.PWInsider.com that former Memphis Championship Wrestling and WWE Star Lance Cade passed away.

Lance was 29-years-old.

I had a chance to work with Lance every weekend for six months during our mutual MCW stints. I even was given the chore, by Terry Golden, of buying Lance's 20th birthday cake for a special post-show suprise party one night in Bogota, TN.

Sad day for wrestling for sure.
