NBW and EWE Canceled!!

----NBW in Newbern, TN and EWE in Ripley, TN are both canceled tonight due to the weather!!

RassleResults: DCW Jonesboro, AR 4.24.10

Show starts off the same with Casey Rinaldi and Jeff Perryman welcoming everyone to the DCW Arena. Then the National Anthem plays and things get kicked out in the Dogg House...

Match 1: Ross vs Big Josh w/JB Hayes (one of the Gorillaz)
-Ross is really maturing in the ring, he is getting better and better each week! Josh was great as always and it is nice to see a big guy that is actually an athlete...Match does go back and forth for a while, but in the end Josh's big slam gets Ross...winner via pinfall Big Josh!!

Match 2: Ron McClarity vs PokerFace
-a great match from start to finish...it is amazing to see how both of these guys can put on a great match over and over again when they both haven't wrestled each other in months! This match was great, mixed with McClarity's technical ability and great ring experience matched with Poker's agility and athletic ability!! In the end, PokerFace uses something from his tights to get the win and PokerFace gets the 1-2-3 or does he....? Then Senior DCW official Tim Daniels finds PokerFace's object that he used to beat McClarity, so Tim Daniels re-starts the match...Then McClarity starts to take control of the match and then rolls Poker up for the 1-2-3...winner via pinfall Ron McClarity!! Def a match of the night candidate

Match 3: Jon Allen vs Pimp
-Match was fantastic...both of these guys really look good in the ring together! Jon Allen really is coming into his own as a superstar in DCW and Pimp is on his game as usual! Match went back and forth until Jon Allen takes control of the match by using his agility and quick moves...Then when Allen looks to have the match in control, JD Kerry comes out to distract Allen...then Pimp hits the HoeChecker!! Winner via pinfall Pimp...

Intermission
-then Rick Ruby comes out to talk to Jeff Perryman about the Tejano Kid situation..Rick asked Jeff what was up with the DCW Board and Perryman tells Rick that they have been playing phone tag all week and since Tejano hasn't got the arena yet and he is running late tonite and Perryman tells Rick that he is going to make the phone call right now....

Match 4: Jazz vs Angeleena
-def a match of the night candidate...Angeleena is really coming into her own in the past few months! Jazz is great as always..it is amazing to watch Jazz work a match, it is amazing how she can do some of the things she can do! Match goes back and forth until Angeleena rolls Jazz up and uses the ropes to get the 1-2-3..winner via pinfall Angeleena!!

After the match, Jazz is heading back to the locker room when Rodney Mack comes out and picks her up to take her back in the ring...Then he proceeds to powerslam her in the ring leaving her lifeless in the middle of the DCW Ring..you could hear a needle drop in the DCW Arena except when Rodney Mack starts laughing and gets some MAJOR heat....Then Rick Ruby comes out to help Jazz back to the locker room and asks Jeff Perryman what is going on buddy, but Jeff Perryman is on the phone...Perryman tells Ruby that Tejano is not coming tonight, because he felt like tonite would be an unsafe work environment! Perryman tells Ruby that lets put this on the back burner for a few days while we see how Jazz is going to be, but Perryman promises satisfaction from the DCW Board...

Main Event: Southside vs JD Kerry (for the DCW Heavyweight Championship)
-def a match of the night candidate...No words can describe how exciting this match was! Neither man could get the upper hand b/c the other man would not stay down..the match went back and forth, back and forth...Southside hits the the superkick but Kerry kicks out, Kerry hits the frog splash but Southside kicked out...neither man could keep the other one down! Kerry goes for a move, but Southside rolled Kerry up for the quick 1-2-3..winner via pinfall and still DCW Champion Southside Brawler!!

Show was good tonite with about 90 people there..Card from top to bottom was very good and gets better every week!

Biggest Pop: Jazz
Biggest Heat: Rodney Mack

Credit Jeff Perryman & DCW

----The Jazz/Mack angle in one way sounds exciting, but in another way - are the fans going to believe it or not?? They both live in the Jonesboro area, so it would hard to push them against each other. And, also, this group was drawing better numbers when Mack was the top face. Sometimes [and it usually is the opposite] when the top baby turns, the fans do not buy it. I can not tell you how OVER Mack was as a face. I have never ever seen a babyface get a reaction like that, especially during the RRO years [2006-2010].

(WGN) TNA fires Bubba the Love Sponge by Mike Aldren

TOTAL NONSTOP ACTION WRESTLING

Tampa radio shock-jock and TNA personality Todd Clem (Bubba the Love Sponge) has been fired following a stunt earlier this week where he ambushed Kia Stevens (Awesome Kong) during a call-in interview on the Cowhead radio show.

In a rare public firing, a statement posted last night on the TNA Website read: Effective immediately, TNA Wrestling has elected to terminate the services of Todd Clem p/k/a Bubba the Love Sponge.

TNA dismissed Clem, the foul-mouthed and acid-tongued radio host, for what is believed to be racially charged slurs against Stevens.

Following the announcement Clem wrote on his Twitter page: "I was going to take the high road but looks like TNA has fired the first shot."

Clem also fired off several insults aimed at TNA fans. He tweeted:

"Shut the fuck up, mark...Maybe you should get your GED and stop worrying about men in tights."

"You're entire life is pointless. Go back to screwing your sister and watching TNA you white trash simpleton."

"Bubba Army, you guys are simply the best. Nobody could ask for better fans. TNA fans are nothing but a bunch of little cowardly cunts."

"You love oiled up men in tights. You are a douche nozzle that thinks wrestling is real. Get a fucking life. Go away."

44-year-old Clem surfaced on TNA programming earlier this year shortly after his friend, Hulk Hogan, signed with the company. Most recently he returned to TNA television in a manager-like role for The Band.

The Golden Circle "Advice" by TGB Greg Anthony

No, no, no. This article isn't a story about how I give everybody that will listen, and even those that don't, advice in this sport of sports. But rather a few stories about some small but really helpful tidbits I have been imparted with by my peers. Remember my golden rule in wrestling.. consider the source!

"The Trendsetter" Jon Michael....um, um... excuse me... Jon Michael Worthington and I have known each other since elementary school. I'm a few years older than he but we always shared a common bond with pro wrestling. So much in fact that we actually had our first match against one another. We were just two, young, green guys trying to get our foot in the door. Memphis Championship Wrestling, whom was a developmental territory at the time, gave us our first break and our first match.

We were of course very nervous but we did very well execution wise. Neither of us fully understood the real concept of who's a baby and who's a heel. After the show, William Regal came over to myself and another friend, who he thought was Jon Michael, and explained to me that I needed to kick out strong. I was doing a Ric Flair near fall for every pin and it looked weak. Great advice and some I pass on to this day. Two people in the MCW locker room talked to us that night, Regal and Reckless Youth, I've always respected both men for taking the time to encourage us, never got a chance to thank them. Maybe one day we'll cross paths again, so I can do so properly.

Alan Steele is guy that started a few years before me. If I had to pick a guy that I think should have a contract right now, Alan would be on a very short list of those I respect enough to have that spot. Alan and I, I think, have always had a good, mutual respect relationship. We never really critiqued each other but one time I came to the back and Alan said "When you throw a clothesline and someone ducks, you are throwing the same clothesline every time." It looked choreographed and he was right. That was just one of those bad habits you can pick up without paying attention. A problem that I fixed, another great piece of advice.

Now not all the advice is good advice or warranted either. I had someone pick apart my match from start to finish. I'm not thinned skinned, I welcome advice/opinion from just about anyone. I love to hear people's thought process when it comes to wrestling. I knew the story I told in this particular match was the right one to tell and was vindicated by the reaction of the crowd, I might had listened to the critique of this person if it wasn't for the fact I had seen them do/tell the exact same story I did a few weeks prior.

On the surface, advice and $1 can buy you a cup of coffee. Its what you do with advice once you receive it. Is it in one ear, out the other? Or do you let it fester on you and diminish your own self worth? Do you take it constructively and apply the knowledge you have been granted? Any of these are acceptable as long as you consider the source, I promise.

(WGN) April 29: Jim Ross update, Bubba vs. Awesome Kong II, Hogan talks...and talks, Torrie Wilson, Chyna makes TMZ headlines, Flair gets new gig, Melissa Anderson talks women's wrestling, Tito-Jenna, more...by Mike Aldren

WORLD WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT

Superstars tonight on WGN has Gail Kim vs. Jillian Hall; Primo vs. Zack Ryder; and the Hart Dynasty vs. The Dudebusters.

Jim Ross' WWE contract extension expires tomorrow. He wrote today on his blog: "I've had a couple of conversations with WWE officials this week about a potential new assignment within the company. Nothing has been finalized as of yet and my existing talent agreement will end Friday without fanfare. I will continue to handle some administrative matters until an agreement is or isn't reached."

The Baltimore Sun posted an interview with Jerry Lawler at http://tinyurl.com/2u6dzsv. He joked about never wrestling at Wrestlemania saying the next time he renews his contract he will try to have that written in. He recalled talking to Vince McMahon about his Hall of Fame induction in 2007 noting that he wasn't keen on the idea as he felt the Hall was for retired wrestlers where as he still works indie shows every weekend across the country. He said WWE often offers him house show bookings but he's leery because he doesn't want a full-time schedule. "I have a perfect gig at WWE doing Raw every week and the PPVs every month and that leaves me with the rest of my time to devote to art and the occasional independent shot," he said. When asked if he had ever considered contributing to creative, he said: "I have thought about it with a lot of fear and trepidation. It's just more demanding than I would be able to withstand. I have all the respect in the world for those guys on what they do, but the conditions that job entails. Vince McMahon is a great guy to work for but a hard guy to work for. Anything that diverts his attention from WWE, he doesn't like. When you work for someone like that, they have a tendency for you to have that same thought process. It's a lot of hard work and it's more than I would be up to at this point in my career."

Daniel Bryan wrote a blog noting that he's been suffering from sickness recently and has lost 15 pounds. He said he has a really weak immune system which is something he's struggled with all his life.

NXT last night did a 0.8 rating and 1.1 million viewers.

Triple H has been attached to star in The Champerone, yet another direct-to-video movie from WWE Studios. He will play an ex-con who chaperones his daughter's school field trip. Filming commences this summer in New Orleans.

Canada's Fight Show interviewed Mickie James about her release and upcoming country album. She said she was surprised that WWE released her and thought that they were supportive of her musical aspirations noting that they ran a recent article in WWE magazine about it. She said she is looking forward to moving on to a new chapter in her life. Her main focus is music moving forward but she wouldn't rule out working for another wrestling company.

Ontario-based indie wrestler Laura "Cherry Bomb" Dennis has a tryout at the Raw show in Toronto on 5/17.

Rumble Road: Untold Stories from Outside the Ring is another WWE book currently in developmental. The book is authored by Jon Robinson, a huge wrestling fan, who writes for ESPN.com, and will be a follow up to Robert Caprio's Are We There Yet? A promotional blurb reads: "WWE superstars and divas dish the dirt on the late night shenanigans that take place behind the scenes, on the road, and in hotels all across the world. If you think all the WWE drama unfolds inside the wrestling ring, then think again. Sometimes the action outside the ring can be just as exciting -- and as dangerous -- for the wrestlers as they drive, fly and occasionally fight their way from city to city to entertain their millions of fans. In Rumble Road the superstars of the WWE recount their shocking and hilarious road trip misadventures. From classic pranks to the particular habits of the baddest of the bad guys who ever set foot inside the squared circle, these are the untold stories of life on the road -- straight from the mouths of those who continue to live it one trip at a time." Expect this to be the PG version. Rumble Road goes on sale in July from Simon & Schuster.

Abraham Washington and Tony Atlas have resurfaced as a duo during taped intro segments on WWE 24/7.

A tentative card was just announced for the 6/19 show at Madison Square Garden: John Cena vs. Sheamus; Big Show vs. Jack Swagger; The Undertaker & Kane vs. CM Punk & Luke Gallows; Randy Orton vs. Edge; The Hart Dynasty vs. Carlito & Primo; Mark Henry vs. The Miz; Kofi Kingston vs. Drew McIntyre; and Eve Torres, Beth Phoenix & Kelly Kelly vs. Maryse, Michelle McCool & Layla with Santino as guest referee.

CFO George Barrios dumped WWE stock worth $63,000 this past week. He still owns stock worth nearly $1.5 million.

Sgt. Slaughter took part in a boot camp for the San Antonio Spurs to get them ready for the playoffs. Footage is online at www.sgtslaughter.com.

Diana Hart-Smith did an interview this week with the Mayhem radio show at www.mondaynightmayhem.com. She said she was happy with WWE's job on the new Hart & Soul DVD--feeling it was accurate in that they didn't gloss over anything too much. "I think they were trying to help (the family) have closure, because if they had just brushed over (Owen Hart's death), I think they would have gotten a lot of criticism over that. But they didn't go so strong on it that it stole from the story of my mom and dad, and all of us were a part of it...I'm glad it was put in the way it was. There was no shock value in it. They didn't show the fall, they just showed Jerry Lawler and Jim Ross and what they said at the time. They then talked about the trial, which I'm glad they did, and my mom and dad walking into the courtroom. It just showed what we all lost." She added regarding family unity, "John Laurinaitis went to great trouble to get us together for a picture after Wrestlemania, and that picture was the end of things. They had their party, but everyone kind of split up and went their different directions. I think that picture, when we all get our copies of it, will say so much."

Bubba the Love Sponge ambushed Awesome Kong during a call-in interview yesterday on the Cowhead radio show in Tampa. Bubba and Cowhead are friends dating back many years so you could probably see this one coming. The audio is online at http://tinyurl.com/3axkkqh with Bubba confronting Kong mid-interview with a ton of expletives until she hangs up. He offered her $5,000 to shoot fight him with the proceeds donated to Haiti. Bubba also claimed he's talked to WWE's John Laurinaitis and has squashed her chances of going North. Kong later wrote on her Twitter page that she thinks it's hilarious that Bubba is seemingly obssesed with her.

Hulk Hogan was a studio guest this morning on Howard Stern's radio show on Sirus. He was promoting Little Hercules in 3D, a movie he shot three years ago that just came out on DVD. Most of the conversation was dominated by Stern asking questions about Hogan's sex life. Very creepy stuff especially when they brought in Hogan's fiancee, Jennifer McDaniel, who looks and sounds like Brooke. When asked about his net worth he said due to his divorce he's currently $5 million in the hole. Regarding TNA, he said he approves the overall creative direction and offers his own suggestions. He said the company wants to hire more girls because they draw ratings but that would depend on the budget. Well, it's not like Knockouts are paid comparative to the male wrestlers, except for Christy Hemme, who doesn't wrestle. He said Torrie Wilson recently called the TNA office looking for work (not true) and claimed that he talked to Steve Austin about wrestling him. He also claimed Randy Savage was getting married soon (not true) and that Lanny Poffo used to suck his own penis in locker rooms, and some of the guys would pay to him see it (apparently true). Regarding his own radio show, he's doing another one soon claiming that 25,000 callers melted down the phones lines during his solo debut.

Hogan was also a guest on The View today in a short interview segment. He put over Dixie Carter as a great boss but never mentioned Impact or where and when viewers can watch it. The footage is online at http://tinyurl.com/2bud2cq.

Homicide did an interview this week on Dave LaGreca's satellite radio show. He was really negative on creative saying he's lost confidence in their ability to push him as a character. "I have no faith in nobody," he said. "It's like somebody telling me every six or eight months they are going to give me a call and nothing happens." He added: "There is a lot of political B.S. going on. I don't know what's going on. All I know is I am going to go out there, get paid, and take care of my family." On who really calls the shots behind the scenes: "Dixie is the boss. She'll say to bring in this guy or that guy, but I don't know who is the real boss. I don't know if it is Russo, if it is Hogan, or the jabroni security guards... I don't know who is my real boss... Hogan does come out and talk to the guys. He spoke to me about where I came from, why my name is Homicide and why I have this character, and he loved it... I'm like 'okay, you like it, but do something about it.'"

Ric Flair is the face of another new $5 scratch-off ticket in conjunction with the South Carolina Education Lottery. The new tickets are available from Monday with Flair doing promotion at the NASCAR 500 in Darlington on 5/8 and at the Sun Fun Festival in Myrtle Beach on 6/5.

Flair and his wife Jackie are still together despite the recent domestic charges.

Mick Foley wrote a blog for the Huffington Post at http://tinyurl.com/33572eu to help raise awareness amongst men against sexual violence. Foley is currently a weekly volunteer for RAINN's (Rape, Abuse, Incest National Network) Sexual Assault Online Hotline, an anonymous crisis support service for victims of sexual assault.

Brian Elliott wrote a strong editorial on what lessons TNA can learn from UFC at http://tinyurl.com/28mgn8h.

Some UK ratings data from Ian Hamilton for the week ending 4/18. Impact did just 63,000 viewers (down 47,000 viewers from the previous week), Raw did 137,000 viewers for it's live airing, and Smackdown did 102,000 viewers for it's first airing. Back in January, TNA was doing record numbers in the UK.

OTHER WRESTLING NEWS

The Slam Wrestling website has a story on Melissa Anderson (Raisha Saeed, Alissa Flash and Cheerleader Melissa) talking about her departure from TNA late last year. She noted leaving on good terms citing creative differences but that the door is left open for her to return in the future. "I'm in light talks with Mexico, and that's something that I would really love just to add to my career," she said. "I spent a lot of time in Japan, the United States, Canada, a lot of time in Europe. I never really gave Mexico a shot, so that's a personal goal for myself right now." She also discussed the upstart Female Fight League, describing the group as a female version of the NWA. "The details are still being worked out. We really want to do something to boost female wrestling as a whole throughout the world, and, mainly, the United States." She added that she doesn't view other women's group, like Shimmer or WSU, as competition and hopes that they can work together in harmony. She also put over MsChif, Sara Del Ray, and Mercedes Martinez as lesser known female wrestlers on the indies who she feels deserve national exposure. Story is at http://tinyurl.com/37dpd8r.

Joanie "Chyna" Laurer was named in an LAPD battery investigation, according to TMZ. Gabriela Targos alleges Chyna, a former friend, attacked her on Saturday at a motel in Sherman Oaks, CA. Chyna is said to have punched Targos in the face, beat her with a wire hanger, pulled her hair and threatened to kill her. Targos told TMZ that she managed to escape and reported the incident to nearby police officers. No arrests have been made and Chyna has made no public comment.

Jenna Jameson underwent drug testing on Tuesday at American Toxicology Inc. in Las Vegas. She passed all the tests, including one for Oxycontin, which she claims proves that Tito Ortiz wasn't telling the truth when he accused her of being high during their altercation on Monday. Jameson's attorney Ronald Richards said last night, "The lab tests clearly exonerate Jenna Jameson of any hint, iota, or suggestion that she ingested or was under the influence of any opiates or controlled substances... Statements made by anyone to the contrary are completely impeached by the results from this prestigious testing facility." Tito's attorney, Chip Matthews, is now saying that the whole drugs thing was a huge misunderstanding due to Tito finding two pills in Jameson's pants pocket and that he jumped to conclusions.

The Straight Flush "This and That" by Pokerface

This and That -

Nothing in particular to talk about this week, but I will share my random thoughts and feelings about the business. I really enjoy participating in this thing we call professional wrestling. For the most part however, I don't enjoy watching it. That goes for watching it on the local as well as the national level. Don't get me wrong I'm still a fan as well as a participant. But not too much intrigues me as a fan. I've spoken before about unpredictability and excitement, and that's what's missing. The only real excitement that I've had lately is the fact that there have been two female wrestlers where I wrestle, and I guess you could say I try to "tutor" them. It excites me because I can pass knowledge to someone else that wants to learn. Plus by me always lecturing them, it keeps me on point in my matches, because I know they are watching.

Anyway, I kinda drifted there. Again I state, we as wrestlers and bookers need to think outside the box. Let's try new things and new ideas. But I guess I'm spitting in the wind right? All I've heard lately is about power struggles at this and that promotion. Seems like bookers are changing every week.  Or I'm hearing about wrestlers jumping ship. Jumping ship my ass! They are just moving to a promotion 20 minutes down the road. So it's more like swimming to shore. And you still got promotions running within a stone's throw from another promotions. Honestly, unless you are getting the building for free, I think it's not smart business. Even then you are risking splitting the area. But you aint gotta take my word, look at the numbers.

I really feel as time goes on, the art of wrestling will become more and more lost. I mean that from the business side as well as what goes on in the ring. If I had the money , I would start my own wrestling company. It would be based here in Memphis. It would cover Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, and maybe Kentucky.

I would hold my own draft, and you would be surprised at who wouldn't get picked. The guys would be exclusive to the company. Everyone from the bottom to the top would get a guarantee. Not alot but more than what they are getting now. It would be an open door policy. If you can't get with the program, then leave out the open door. Your money would increase depending on your performance. There would be designated people to sell the wrestlers merchandise, so as to keep the wrestlers mystique between them and the fans. There would be a locker room enforcer like in the old days. Meaning if anybody needed an attitude adjustment the enforcer took care of it. Hey, I probably would want that job for myself. The guys would have to be at the show two hours ahead of time. APPROPRIATE WRESTLING ATTIRE WOULD BE REQUIRED. That is unless you gimmick calls for something different. I would have a three person booking team. But I would have final say so. Only wrestlers in the dressing room, there at times may be an exception. No bad ass kids in the dressing room. I hate that shit. There would be exceptions. And last but not least, we would make our own stars. That would be our first priority, But that's just me. Until next time, keep your pimp hand strong.

WWE and Milwaukee Brewers Hall of Fame(r) broadcaster Bob Uecker, 75, is scheduled to undergo heart surgery on Friday. He is expected to miss the next 10-12 weeks of the baseball season. A surgeon will replace Uecker's aortic valve and will then determine whether additional bypass surgery is necessary. "It has to be done -- that's the bottom line," Uecker said today during a press conference. "I don't want to go on the road and 'take a Dixie' there. I'd rather do it here."

Several overzealous Mickie James fans were ejected from Monday's Raw at the Richmond Coliseum. They had signs which read, "Riot For Mickie" and "James Gang For Life". During the Diva's match there was a small smattering of "We Want Mickie" chants but the announce team talked loud enough over them so most people watching at home wouldn't know it happened.

Raw averaged a 3.1 rating over the three hours and 4.6 million viewers.

Kelly Kelly ended up as the No. 1 trending topic on Twitter for a few minutes on Monday. I guess people saw her walk out when she was drafted to Smackdown and thought she looked hot.

Not a great week for Mark Henry. After the recent stories of his police caution in Northern Ireland, an airline lost his luggage during an express flight into Batrlimore for Sunday's Extreme Rules pay-per-view. From one of our readers on the same flight: "None of us wanted to push our luck by asking for an autograph, we decided it was best to leave him be. You could tell he was in a really horrible mood."

A new name for the November pay-per-view is expected to be announced within the next few weeks. Vince McMahon decided to do away with Survivor Series in February during an investors conference call as he felt the concept was obsolete and had outlasted it's usage. Survivor Series is the second oldest annual WWE event dating back to 1987. You would figure that with Bret Hart back on television as a semi-regular they may reconsider this decision and try to draw this year based off of Montreal.

Yoshi Tatsu wrote a blog claiming Funaki chose to leave WWE due to a neck problem, although he's scheduled to start soon with ZERO-ONE and other Japanese groups.

4/26 Impact TV results from Orlando, FL: Madison Rayne over Angelina Love & Tara in a three-way to retain the Knockouts title; Kazarian over Shannon Moore to retain the X-Division title; AJ Styles & Sting over Jeff Jarrett & Jeff Hardy in a falls count anywhere match; Team 3D over Matt Morgan & Jesse Neal via DQ; and Abyss over Ric Flair to win Flair's Hall of Fame ring.

Tara (Lisa Marie Varon, 39) has three weeks remaining on her contract. She wrote a blog today noting that she agreed to sign here last year for less money than she felt she was worth and indicated leaving when her deal expires on 5/21 as she couldn't get a raise. She added that she hasn't yet decided whether she will stay in wrestling or finally jump to MMA. Varon has ruffled a lot of feathers behind the scenes lately. Several sources have told us stories where she has buried other talent behind their back to management--complaining about various people on house show loops, refusing to work with certain individuals, and squashing numerous storylines--all of which she denies. Apparently some time ago, TNA management addressed some of these issues and told talent to handle their personal problems they have amongst themselves. Dixie Carter is said to want no part of drama and doesn't want the office to get caught up in political games. She made it clear that if the problems persisted, the solution would be something none of the talent will like.

Soon after Varon posted her blog today, Madison Rayne wrote on her Twitter page: "Have I mentioned lately how blessed I am to work for a company as great as TNA and plan to stay there as long as possible? Just sayin..."

Impact on Monday night did it's worst rating ever on Spike TV--0.5 and 739,000 viewers. Lower than average numbers were expected going head-to-head against WWE's annual draft show.

Sting vs. Jeff Jarrett was officially announced for the 5/16 Sacrifice PPV.

TNA on it's website explained how Eric Bischoff's new heavyweight title ranking system will work. There will be a three-person committee of Dixie Carter, Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan with final say on who gets a title shot. I guess it's a better system than WWE's where now it appears that John Cena hand picks his challengers. The committee will factor wrestler career performance, win/loss record, and obviously online fan voting. They will announce the new rankings the day after each PPV. The online voting is legit, through a company called Poll Daddy, which means (assuming they have a corporate account) the concept will cost thousands of dollars each month as each logged vote costs two cents after the first 10,000 votes. At time of writing they have logged nearly 170,000 votes so far and they are allowing people to vote multiple times. Desmond Wolfe is currently leading the poll with 25 percent of the total votes.

Bischoff-Hervey Productions (Eric Bischoff and Jason Hervey, who now sits in TNA creative meetings) are developing a new reality show for TruTV called Rogue Society, about a vigilante group that seeks revenge on behalf of the scammed, cheated and victimized. Scott Baio of Happy Days fame is producing the series.

Steve Austin noted meeting Awesome Kong (Kia Stevens) at the Cauliflower Alley Club banquet last week in Las Vegas and put her over huge. Much like Jim Ross, Austin said that Kong would be a great WWE pickup. Austin is pretty active on Twitter these days. He was tweeting while watching Raw and Impact on Monday night. He loved Ric Flair's promo but joked that he changed the channel when Hulk Hogan popped up on the screen. He also loves the gimmicks of Jay Lethal and Shark Boy an called them both great workers.

As noted last week, Hogan will be a guest on The View and the Howard Stern radio show on Thursday. He is making various media appearances this week in New York City.

Jonny Fairplay did an interview with the Sports Courier website. He discussed his love of pro wrestling and joked about his TNA run a few years ago. "I had fun there, but I don't think they ever understood the Jonny Fairplay character. I even went up to Jeff Jarrett once and told him I wanted to manage somebody. He said, 'Well go on the indies and start management.' I said, 'Jeff, I meant a wrestling manager for TNA, not an actual manager.'"

The arrest of UFC star Tito Ortiz on suspected domestic abuse charges against his girlfriend Jenna Jameson largely escalated into a war of words. Ortiz, who is now free on bail, through his attorney, Chip Matthews, is denying the charges and says that Jameson lashed out at him when he confronted her about allegedly relapsing on the prescription painkiller Oxycontin. "My parents have gone through addiction and I’m not going to let my family go through that," Ortiz said at a press conference Monday. "Jenna Jameson has been fighting an ugly battle with an addiction to Oxycontin for well over a year, and this morning, she had a relapse," Matthews added. "We're here because Tito was trying to help her. Tito Ortiz never laid a hand on Jenna." In response, Jameson dismissed the claims and said Ortiz made the story up because he is trying to save his mixed martial arts career. A short time before she was accused of drug addiction Jameson had given a statement to TMZ saying that Ortiz had not laid a hand on her and indicated she would reconcile with him for the sake of their children. Ortiz is the father of Jameson's 13-month-old twin boys.

Tokyo Sports is reporting that Satoshi Kojima will be leaving All Japan Pro Wrestling on 5/2. He is scheduled for elbow surgery and his future plans are unknown. Kojima, 39, was the first ever wrestler to hold NJPW's IWGP Heavyweight Championship and AJPW's Triple Crown Championship simultaneously.

Leon "Vader" White is teaming with his son Jesse in Japan on Friday. Jesse is reportedly looking to go to WWE one day. He was a standout football player at the University of Oklahoma and was once touted for the NFL, but was taken out with back and hip injuries during his first year of college.

TCW Weekly Webcast #16

After a two week hiatus which included a trip to Las Vegas for the Cauliflower Alley Club Sapphire Event, Bill Franklin returns rested, refreshed, and ready to bring you the best independent action on the scene today. In what was called the show stealer at Superclash, Goddess of Wrestling Athena takes on Malia Hosaka in a match that went all over the arena. From the pre-match interviews to action that could not be contained in the 10 minutes allotted here, we see how this rivalry builds to a boiling point. We also hear the first words about Pine Bluff Pandemonium.

RassleResults: EPW Booneville, MS 4.24.10

At the beginning of the event EPW Promoter, Edith Poole, came to the ring and announced that she was holding up the Heavyweight belt, which was won the previous week by Sarge O'Riley in a controversial victory over Brody Hawk. She said that in order for Sarge to have the belt he would have to defeat Brody again in a match scheduled later in the night.

Chazz Stone defeated Tysin Starr.

Buzz Harley defeated Iron Jake Johnson. After he had won the match Buzz got a taser out of his jacket and attacked Johnson with it.

"Big daddy" Neno came to the ring for his match but was attacked from behind by Bonecrusher and Justin Rhodes. They beat Neno down until EPW Promoter Edith Poole came to the ring and ordered them to stop, which they eventually did. Edith set up a match for the following week (see below).

EPW Tag Team Champions Rajah & Robert Devine (w/Smooth & Chrome) cheated their way to victory) over Bryant Woods & Blane Evans, who were making their EPW debut, to retain. Woods & Evans were very impressive - I hope they return to EPW.

During intermission the fans were asked to vote for the wrestler they hate the most.

Cassanova Kid over Keylo by DQ due to interference by Bitty Little. Keylo & Bitty beat Cassanova down until JR Mauler came to the ring to help Kid. This turned into a wild brawl in which the referees, security, and other wrestlers tried to separate them. They finally succeeded after about 15 minutes.

Brody Hawk defeated sarge O'Riley in another wild match which saw two referees go down. EPW Senior Official KC was knocked out early in the match. Referee Joey Lynn came to the ring and took over, only to be knocked out of the ring a few minutes later. With no referee in the ring, Sarge covered Brody for the pin, and Promoter Edith Poole ran in to make the count. However, Sarge only got a two count. Brody then gained the advantage and covered Sarge for the pin, but Edith refused to make the count at first. She finally reluctantly made the count and awarded the match and the belt to Brody Hawk.

Next EPW event will be this Saturday night at the EPW arena on Highway 145 in Booneville, MS. Bell time is 8:00.

On the card will be Bonecrusher and Justin Rhodes vs. "Big Daddy" Neno & "The Future" Chris Styles in a FANS BRING THE WEAPONS MATCH.

Also on the card will be a PIE IN THE FACE MATCH. Three lucky fans will get to put a pie in the face of the most hated wrestler in EPW, as voted by the fans. Further details will be announced at the show.

You never EVER know what will happen at EPW, so don't miss this event. Also, this Saturday night, you will get a catfish dinner when you buy a ticket to see wrestling! See you there!

4.17.10

-Shannon Lee beat The Kid...Chris Rocker beat Brad Badd...Big Red/Jason Reed beat Kevin Charles/Dan Matthews...Eric Wayne/Kid Nikels beat "High Society" [Blaine Devine/Oz]...Jeremy Moore beat Mark Justice in a Title vs Mark's career in NBW.

Notes

-70 to 80 in the crowd.

----Apparently Justice was set to go to MACW in Dyersburg to book, but they backed out on him.  I honestly would not have him back to NBW for at least 6 months just to keep the stip alive.  I would only then bring him with something special. Justice has been with NBW on and off since February, 2007.

4.24.10

-Blaine Devine beat JR Manson...J-Weezy beat Shannon Lee for the High Risk Title...Brad Badd beat Oz...Jeremy Moore beat Chris Rocker and Brandon Barbwire a 3-Way to retain NBW Title...Jason Reed/Big Reed beat Derrick King/Cody Melton to advance tot he finals against Stan Lee & Chris O'Neal.

NOTES

-90 or more in the crowd...Moore was set to face Rocker but Barbwire came out and Jeff McDonald made it a 3 Way...Moore punished Oz and made him wrestle Badd...This week they have "High Society" [Oz/Blaine Devine] vs Eric Wayne/Kid Nikels in a 2 out of 3 falls match. If "Society" wins then Oz gets to kiss Nikels.

----I like what they have done with the High Risk title - giving it to the undercard guys...Kiss Nikels??  I got to hear this angle!! LOL

Some notes from the pay-per-view. The stretcher job with Triple H is believed to be his storyline exit for a while as he's dealing with a neck injury and currently filming the WWE Studios movie Killing Karma in Louisiana. Joey Mercury was the hoodied guy who interfered in the Punk-Mysterio hair match. There was a lot of backstage speculation that Dave Batista is finishing up with the company in a few week's. One person close to Batista said he will be leaving after the next pay-per-view which would mean Over The Limit on 5/23 from Detroit.

Mickie James fans are apparently planning a protest tonight at Raw since the show emanates from her hometown of Richmond. People often talk about doing these things but rarely do they pull them off.

Chavo Guerrero commented via Twitter on the fan accusations against himself and Mark Henry, and why he believes they're ludicrous. He even joked, "If I could get Henry to kill someone, why wouldn't I have him kill the writing team, not a drunk nobody?" Even more ludicrous is that he blamed wrestling media for putting out a false story when the story was first reported by a newspaper in Northern Ireland.

UFC star Tito Ortiz was arrested this afternoon on charges of beating up his girlfriend, former adult star Jenna Jameson, at their Southern California home. Ortiz is the father of Jameson's 13-month-old twin boys. TMZ posted footage of Ortiz being taken jail in handcuffs and charged with felony domestic violence. Jameson later told TMZ that she plans to press charges. The couple both have connections to pro wrestling with TNA and the original ECW.

Ghost Hunters will be filming soon at the Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame in Amsterdam, NY. PWHF President Tony Vellano says that the TV production people from SyFy have yet to give him a date. RassleResults: RCW TV Taping in Augusta, AR 04.24.2010

Here are the results from the latest Ringside Championship Wrestling (RCW) TV Taping in Augusta, AR Saturday night.

- "All That" Alan Steele defeated Kevin Charles by submission with the "Steele Trap." Following the match, RCW Announcer Brian Thompson interviewed Steele who claimed he was in RCW to find an "old foe" who seems to be running from him. Thompson tried to find out who Steele was talking about and all Steele would say is that "You know who he is and he knows who he is."

- Thompson and RCW Board of Directors Member Steve Cherry announced that Augusta Mayor Jimmy Rhodes would serve as guest referee in the main event of the show.

- Jon Michael Worthington defeated Justin "The Juice" Smart.

- "Girl Candy" Christian Jacobs defeated Maxx Corbin. Worthington came out half-way during the match to scout Jacobs, who he will soon face in the finals of the RCW Heavyweight Title Tournament.

- Following intermission, there was a contract signing between Jacobs and Worthington. Their past as friends and partners was brought up during the segment. After Thompson sent the segment to a commercial break, he asked both men to shake hands. Worthington refused. Jacobs got hot about it and challenged Worthington to get in the ring "right now." Jacobs went to the ring and Worthington followed. They had a face off until Worthington left the ring, saying Augusta didn't deserve to see the match.

- Matt Riviera defeated Ron Rage by disqualification after Rage pushed referee Bill Rush down, refusing to break holds. This one was a little wild as they went out of the building with Rage ramming Riviera face-first into the RCW ring trailer.

- Premiere Brutality ("3G" Eric Wayne & Kid Nikels) defeated Midnight Gold ("Beautiful" Bobby Eaton & "Golden Boy" Greg Anthony) when Wayne rolled up Eaton. Eaton had gotten into a tug of war with referee and Augusta Mayor Rhodes over the "key to the city" that Eaton wanted to use as a weapon.

RassleNotes: 80-90 in the crowd...Area wrestling personalities in the house for a visit included Jamie Jay, Teko Murdoch, Tom Simon and Betty Butler...Crowd was into all the matches, solidly behind babyface. Well, you knew this was coming. The Hartford Courant reported that Vince McMahon joined Linda McMahon on her Senate campaign for the first time ever last Wednesday night. He accompanied her to a charity gala hosted by Sacred Heart University. Linda's main Democratic opponent, Attorney General Richard Blumenthal, also attended. The Courant reports that after MC (local weatherman Dave Price) acknowledged Blumenthal's presence, Vince jumped onto the dias, took control of the microphone and introduced himself to the audience. He said, "My name is Vince McMahon and my wife is the one who's going to beat you this fall." The incident was reportedly videotaped but footage is yet to surface. Vince was also introduced to Blumenthal face-to-face and as they shook hands, he pulled Blumenthal in and said that Linda was going to "whoop" him in the election. Blumenthal reportedly laughed off Vince's comments and said he's heard it all before.

Mark Henry received a police caution last week in Belfast, Northern Ireland after throwing a drink on a British wrestling fan who was collecting autographs. The Derry Journal reports that the fan, James McClay and his finance Tanya, were staying at the Belfast Hilton, the same hotel as the stranded Raw crew last weekend, when Henry threw the drink. McClay told the newspaper: "I was trying to get as many signatures as possible (for) my collectors book. Mark Henry was abusive and ignorant but I got his signature and walked away. Suddenly he threw a drink (at) me from behind. I turned around to see him stand and square up to me, suddenly John Cena and Randy Orton grabbed his arms and held him back. I honestly thought I was in one of the plot lines back stage. I felt like I was watching this happen to someone else. Suddenly Chavo Guerrero piped up egging Mark Henry on, that really annoyed me as I am a fan of his. I thought this is going to get really bad as all these wrestlers were on their feet." The one-sided Journal story is at http://tinyurl.com/34qhrns. We did hear about this altercation from someone who was there. Henry lost his temper and threw the drink after being called an "asshole" but McClay's claims that Chavo Guerrero was egging Henry on are not accurate. Apparently it was Guerrero who fetched security to calm the situation. The police were called and they decided to caution Henry at the hotel as he was too large to fit into the squad car and take back to the station.

The releases of Shelton Benjamin, Kung Fu Naki, Jimmy Wang Yang, Slam Master J, Mike Knox, Mickie James, and Katie Lea were announced on 4/22. None of these cuts came as a real shock and most were told they were being cut for budget reasons... Shelton Benjamin, 34, had been under WWE contract for around a decade. He was well-liked but much like former tag partner Charlie Haas he was grinded down to the point he was comfortable being there just collecting a pay check. Those close to him say he saved his money and has made some smart investments over the years. The chances of him going to TNA are 50/50. He's been talking for years about wanting to work for Disney, specifically doing voice over work on animated films. Benjamin being let go is a good indication of how much of a threat the company feels TNA is right now as when Haas asked for his release last year John Laurinaitis offered him a raise to stop him jumping ship... Kung Fu Naki (Shoichi Funaki, 41) was one of the longest tenured talents on the payroll. It's a surprise that he’s survived so many rounds of cuts over the years. That's probably more a testament to how well regarded he was within the company. He started here in 1998 in the heel Japanese stable Kai En Tai with Taka Michinoku, Dick Togo, Teioh and Shiryu. His best run came between 2004-2007 in the defunct Cruiserweight division that featured the likes of Kidman, Noble, Guerrero Jr., Mysterio, Tajiri, and Ultimo Dragon. His rep took a hit in 2007 when his name came up as purchasing HGH from an online pharmacy in a Sports Illustrated investigative report on steroid use among pro athletes... Jimmy Wang Yang (James Yun, 28) was one of those signed with the purchase of WCW in 2001. He was assigned to developmental but released less than a year later. He had other runs 2003-2005 and 2006-present but was never going to be anything more than enhancement. His release is believed to be a third strike of the Wellness Program but WWE has not released any information on that publicly. Yun wrote on his Twitter the day of his release: "Three strikes and you're out. I hear Florida is a nice place to visit." ... Slam Master J (Ray Gordy, 31) is the son of the late Terry Gordy of Fabulous Freebirds fame. He was signed to developmental in 2005 where he developed a white rapper gimmick, Ray Geezy, that never took off. He had a decent two-year run as Jesse Dalton with Festus but his career had largely gone no where after that gimmick was dropped... Mike Knox (Michael Hettinga, 31) got his break in 2006 on ECW as Kelly Kelly's jealous boyfriend. When that program ended he was sent back to developmental (Deep South in Georgia) and was later assigned to FCW in Tampa. Hettinga found himself a subject of controversy in April 2008. A family in Georgia found viles of HGH hidden in the attic of the home which he used to occupy. He gave a statement to the police to the effect that the drugs were not his. Also found was a WWE talent contract, and a memorandum to WWE wrestlers about a dress code, both with Hettinga's name on them. He was moved to Raw in 2008 for a program with Mysterio that never really got started. He was drafted to Smackdown the following year but creative rarely used him and he ended up as a job guy... Mickie James, 30, had been on the endangered list for some time and was on the wrong side of powerful people after a relationship with a Raw wrestler went sour. She was moved to Smackdown last fall where they did the Piggy James storyline which was a supposed attitude adjustment as it was felt her attitude had been atrocious during recent months. The straw that likely broke the camel's back was that she twice showed up late to the tour bus in Europe last week which held up the crew. Almost everyone buried her for it. She has been planning for life after wrestling for some time with her country music and other projects. The feeling was she wasn't fully committed to WWE any more so they felt it was the right time to let her go. Dixie Carter is apparently a fan of hers and with the music connection (Dixie has a lot of contacts in Nashville) she's considered a shoe-in with TNA if she wanted to go there. The sad part of her release is that she got the call while she was running around her home town of Richmond, VA promoting Monday's Draft edition of Raw... Finally, Katie Lea (Kat Walters, 29) was well-liked, considered a good worker, a good promo, but not WWE's idea of a Diva. She was given very little opportunity to shine and of late had been making sporadic appearances in comedy segments on Raw. Her best role was with Paul Burchill as his storyline sister on ECW but when he was cut in February she was probably on borrowed time. Fan House has a Q&A with Jack Swagger talking about his Oklahoman roots at http://tinyurl.com/3x7yl9n. He noted that Ross and Gerald Brisco recruited him out of college and he turned down a job with a finance firm to sign with WWE. He also put over Danny Hodge: "He still lives two blocks from my parents in Perry, Oklahoma. I've known Danny for a long time. I grew up with his grandsons. They were in my grade. We wrestled together and Danny would be at all the events, all the tournaments. Every year, we come back to OU and play in the fundraising golf tournament for the Oklahoma wrestling team. What a great guy and the advice he has given me stands for itself. Hopefully, it shows in my work."

Shannon Moore via Twitter on the recent WWE cuts: "It sucks to hear that people lost jobs today. From what I hear that place is a black hole anyway. A lot of peeps are miserable going to work. They don't understand what talent is. They would rather hire a jackass that don't know nothing about the biz rather than someone that loves it and pay pennies on the dollar to get someone to sign their life away. I think that the talent should think about making the jump. I thank god everyday for my chance to be family with TNA. From the office to talent in TNA it's nothing but fun. All I can say is Dixie Carter thank you for bringing me into the family. I love going to work. Hogan F'N rocks. I wear TNA colors with pride and will bust my ass to better the company.TNA TNA TNA TNA." This probably isn't the smartest thing to say publicly when your wife works for WWE.

Angelina Love is expected to be sidelined for 3-4 weeks and won't require any surgery after she tore her ulnar collateral ligament and partially tore her bicep last Tuesday at the TV tapings.

Daffney's latest blog entry on her website www.daffneyshouse.com discusses her recent injuries and how they happened. As well as a stinger and sternum bruise she also suffered a minor concussion. She wrote regarding Tuesday's dark match, "Thankfully the hit to the head was nowhere near as bad last October when I decided jumping in barbed wire looked like fun. I sunset flipped my opponent but she stayed standing then she sat down which caused the bruised sternum. Honestly, after that, I went into auto-pilot mode. I do not remember the rest of the match--even the finishing move (sitdown spinebuster) and the 1-2-3. You can ask any wrestler if they have finished a match while they were unconscious, and almost everyone of them will tell you they have." She added that she was going to be OK but doesn't have much recollection of what happened. "A stinger is just VERY scary at first... your neck tightens up and is sore so I have already begun some stretching. The sternum is a deep bruise. So that will just take a little while... But ya'll know me...I'm a fighter!"

The Pope vs. Mr. Anderson is scheduled for Sacrifice if Pope can go. TNA pulled him from the house show loop this past weekend due to the shoulder injury he suffered at Lockdown.

He says he wants to be a top guy and feels he has only just scratched the surface on what he could achieve. On his recent marriage to Traci Brooks: "I know a lot of guys currently and all throughout the history of wrestling who have had issues because their wife doesn't understand the business and they hate them being gone so much. She understands everything I go through because she has gone through the same things. The travel for both of us makes things tough sometimes, but we have a couple days together during the week that we take advantage of."

The Daily Star has a story on Rob Van Dam at http://tinyurl.com/3x84no2. He puts over working for Dixie Carter and says it's a good vibe working here. "Every job has its baggage! It’s a good vibe. It's different. It's a lot, I don't want to say harder, but it is an adjustment. You go from being on the road 250, 300 days of the year for 10 years, for the most part, unless I was out with an injury, to being home a lot. Then just trying to readjust -- it's a good thing, don't get me wrong. I have a five year old and an eight year old. I'm just enjoying being a dad. And just trying to figure out what's next. I do know that I don't want to work the schedule that I was working. I have no desire to do that 250, 300 days anymore."

RRO WELCOMES DANIELLE HOWARD!!

----I would like officially welcome our new staff member Danielle Howard to RRO.  I think Danielle will be an asset for the site. Danielle has has contributed an Arena Report from last Friday night in NEW that will be posted next week. Danielle provided us some info about herself.

My name is Elizabeth Danielle Howard, although everyone calls me Danielle. I'm a Capricorn and I'm 25 years old. I've been watching wrestling since I was probably 7 years old. I have gone to local wrestling shows since I was around 15 or 16. I can remember when there use to be a show held at the Old Brighton High School Gym. I also remember that Dustin Starr, Derrick King, Seth Knight and Blade use to be there. I use to take pictures up there for photography class. I still have some of those pictures somewhere. The next local show I went to was the one held by Big Mo at the Dyersburg Entertainment Center. The guys there were Kryptonite, Jason Reed, Seth Knight, Dustin Starr, Christian Jacobs, Pokerface, Rude, and The Moondogs, just to name a few. Great show. After that I probably didn't go to any local shows for a couple of years. Every now and then I'd pop into Memphis Wrestling, I think it was still called PowerPro at that time, not sure. the first time I came back to local shows was when Kryptonite, Simon Cook, opened up his own show where New Blood wrestling is now. Went there a few times and when I heard Christian Jacobs was wrestling at EWE in Ripley I've been going there ever since. I didn't start showing up to every show till recently, however after certain events that's likely to change.

As far as how long have I been writing and doing photography, probably since high school. Writing I have done creatively since 6th grade but my love for photography didn't come till High School. I took 2 Art Classes in High School and 1 Photography class where I learned how to run a darkroom, load and unload film, and make my own prints using chemicals. Was a great class and I loved it. After High School I didn't really do anything as far as photography wise. I still wrote creatively almost every day. Today I am a professional photographer working for a LifeTouch School Portrait Studio's located out of Bartlett, TN. I absolutely love what I do. There is nothing like the feeling of being behind a camera and taking an amazing picture, no matter what it is, landscape, infants, students, maternity or weddings, there is no greater feeling, except maybe sex, they run a pretty close race, lol.

I started training in MMA October 27, 2009. However because of my schedule with LifeTouch I haven't been able to train in the last 4 months. This summer I am looking to get back into training and become a registered fighter.

----This show was taped for TV that aired last night...Chuck Poe and Downtown Bruno were refs..Kid Nikels and Alan Steele had several fights during the show and were broken up by the officials...Terrance Ward and John Steele did commentary...I was told by several that the Smart-Wayne bout was real good.  Facebook posts made me think that Smart/Wayne thought it was one of the best bouts Smart has ever had. You remember a few years back when Smart was being pushed by all the promoters, just because of his look??  Well..guys..this kid is ready now - he has improved a lot!

RassleResults: ASWF Tuckerman, AR 4.24.10

Majority owner Betty Butler came out and announced that Terrence Ward was the new Co-Commissioner. Ward announced that CM2 will defend the titles next week against American Degenerates.

Frank Martin came out and appointed Mike Anthony as the guest referee.

Third Match: "Big Rig" Cody Murdoch defeated X Kaliber after a hard fought match. X-Kaliber hit some quick moves utilizing he martial arts background, but Murdoch's smash mouth style was too much, especially with Athena Eclipse in his corner. Murdoch hits the flat bed for the 1-2-3.

Fourth Match: #1 Contenders Match: Seth Sabor and Christopher Lee was thrown out when they put their hands on the special referee Mike Anthony. Anthony claims that since neither man won the match he would not defend the X-Division next week. Fifth Match: Cason McClain defeated Morgan Williams via "Hit Stick." Fast paced match and was one of the best tonight. Athena stuck her nose in this match also and body slammed Morgan on the outside of the match. The Hit Stick is proving to be one of the most devastating finishing moves in the history of wrestling.

Afterwards Memphis Legend "Ebony Idol" Reggie Montgomery attacked Austin Lane. Montgomery stated that he has been searching for Lane and since he began the career of Lane. He would end it.

Join Us May 29th for ASWF Night Of The Legends. Jerry The King Lawler, Nature Boy Kevin White, Grandmaster Sexay Brian Christopher, Lovely Su Yung, and MORE!

----I was surprised to see Terrance Ward return...I loved the angle with Reggie Montgomery angle!!  That angle actually MEANS something.  Reggie has always been a good hand...I would have used Frank Martin as a heel manager to get ONE guy or team over.  Frank is good at getting over angles and such though...Enforcer is using the HEARTPUNCH!!  I love that!!
