4/25 Extreme Rules PPV results from Baltimore, MD: The Hart Dynasty won a tag title shot over ShoMiz in a gauntlet match that also included John Morrison & R-Truth and MVP & Mark Henry; Jack Swagger over Randy Orton to retain the World title; John Cena over Batista in a Last Man Standing match to retain the WWE title; Beth Phoenix over Michelle McCool to capture the Women's title; Edge over Chris Jericho in a steel cage; Sheamus over Triple H in a street fight; CM Punk over Rey Mysterio in a hair match; and JTG over Shad Gaspard in a strap match. Dark match was Kofi Kingston over Dolph Ziggler.

Some notes from the pay-per-view. The stretcher job with Triple H is believed to be his storyline exit for a while as he's dealing with a neck injury and currently filming the WWE Studios movie Killing Karma in Louisiana. Joey Mercury was the hoodied guy who interfered in the Punk-Mysterio hair match. There was a lot of backstage speculation that Dave Batista is finishing up with the company in a few week's. One person close to Batista said he will be leaving after the next pay-per-view which would mean Over The Limit on 5/23 from Detroit.

Mickie James fans are apparently planning a protest tonight at Raw since the show emanates from her hometown of Richmond. People often talk about doing these things but rarely do they pull them off.

Chavo Guerrero commented via Twitter on the fan accusations against himself and Mark Henry, and why he believes they're ludicrous. He even joked, "If I could get Henry to kill someone, why wouldn't I have him kill the writing team, not a drunk nobody?" Even more ludicrous is that he blamed wrestling media for putting out a false story when the story was first reported by a newspaper in Northern Ireland.

The Aiken (SC) Standard has a story on Tyson Kidd promoting Smackdown coming to town next week at http://tinyurl.com/3ykpv3d. He talks about being one of the last guys out of Stu Hart's Dungeon. He also noted that Bret Hart critiques all his matches and sends him a weekly report card.

There is a video of Batista visiting the Affliction Training Center for a workout at http://tinyurl.com/39wtocj. He was being filmed for a video he's producing to help fight cancer. He was training with his trainer Marrese Crump and friend Jimmy Noonan, who is WWE's former head of security.

The Great Khali is headed to Delhi, India this week with a film crew to promote WWE on Taj Television.

The Pottstown (PA) Mercury at http://tinyurl.com/2u9dh4l includes a blurb on Jerry Lawler throwing out the ceremonial first pitch at the Reading Phillies game this past weekend. Lawler notes that he hasn't missed a scheduled WWE booking for 15 years and was lucky to catch a flight out of the UK two week's ago slightly ahead of the Raw crew who ended up stranded due to the ash cloud from the volcanic eruption in Iceland.

Tara wrote on her Twitter that she hurt her back and neck during the weekend house show loop and was going to see her chiropractor today. Not a great couple of week's for the Knockouts injury-wise.

Ayako Hamada is expected to return soon after dropping off the radar following the release of Awesome Kong. She's listed on house show cards next month.

We're sad to report that Peggy Baker, wife of Ox Baker for 18 years, passed away on Saturday night.

UFC star Tito Ortiz was arrested this afternoon on charges of beating up his girlfriend, former adult star Jenna Jameson, at their Southern California home. Ortiz is the father of Jameson's 13-month-old twin boys. TMZ posted footage of Ortiz being taken jail in handcuffs and charged with felony domestic violence. Jameson later told TMZ that she plans to press charges. The couple both have connections to pro wrestling with TNA and the original ECW.

Ghost Hunters will be filming soon at the Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame in Amsterdam, NY. PWHF President Tony Vellano says that the TV production people from SyFy have yet to give him a date. Apparently the Hall is haunted. Vellano claims he has experianced paranormal activity near displays of the late Bam Bam Bigelow, and the Missing Link (Dewey Robertson). The next induction ceremony takes place the weekend of 6/4. More info at www.pwhf.org.

www.koldcast.tv has a fun new web series called Full Nelson, a seven-episode comedy set in the world of indy wrestling. Nikki Tsugranes who wrestles as New York Nikki is part of the cast. Full Nelson is a mockumentary-style show following Fresno’s Nelson Alliance of Wrestling and its oddball cast as they struggle in and out of the ring. A new women's group, Female Fight League, was announced this past week at the Cauliflower Alley Club reunion in Las Vegas. The group is spearheaded by ChickFight founder Jason Deadrich and Melissa Anderson, better known as Alissa Flash or Cheerleader Melissa and Stephane Bruyere, co-founder of Canada’s NCW Femme Fatales. A press release reads: "The FFL is a collaborate organization dedicated to bring respect back to women's professional wrestling. By providing support and resources to pro wreatling's top promotions for their respective womens divisions, we vow to bring women's wrestling to a new plateau. The FFL consists of some of the greatest wrestlers and promoters in wonen's wrestling, working together to better the future of our industry. Maria Kanellis has survived another week on Celebrity Apprentice, with Lilian Garcia making a cameo on last night's show, and John Cena presenting Sharon Osbourne with charitable donations of $10,000 from WWE, $10,000 from Vince McMahon and $10,000 from himself.

The latest issue of Muscle & Body magazine has a story on Brock Lesnar's recent health issues and his road to recovery.
