----I wrote in June about it being the biggest weekend of the year for wrestling, but this weekend will bypass it my bounds. “Show” of the weekend does not exist..LOL Almost every show has something huge on it. We have the “Battle of MS” with XOW return on Friday night and the RPW debut on Saturday night. ASWF presents a replay of one of the biggest shows of the year Friday night with Brandon Baxter vs Austin Lane in a “Last Man Standing” match along with Jake Roberts and Kamala. All Pro Productions has a huge show Saturday night with Roberts, Kamala and tons more. CWA has a benefit that features over 30 local workers. Wynne, AR will be also doing a benefit, which will feature Baxter/Lane in a tag. TLCW, who has a big show next weekend, will be running the final angles leading up to it. NBW coming off one of the hottest angles of the year – will they draw more people?? Finally, on Sunday afternoon CHIKARA presents “Maximum Overdraft’ at the old ECW Arena in Philly, PA with the debut of Shawn Reed, Justin Reed, and Chris Styles as the "Southern Saints", which I will have MATCH BY MATCH coverage to show our support of the local guys.
----If all goes as planned I will be in Paragould for ASWF tomorrow night and at the All Pro show on Saturday night. Give me a holler if you see me!!

----Saturday Night in Wynne, AR for a benefit for 14-year-old Jarvis Jones, of Wynne, will be held Saturday, Aug. 4, at the Odell McCallum Community Center, located inside the Boys and Girls Club of Cross County in Wynne @ 325 Magnolia Drive. Jones has level 3 brain cancer and his family is in need of financial assistance with medical bills.
