Bonecrusher by DQ over JR Mauler when Kross interfered.
Chazz Stone w/Dustin Burcham defeated "Monkey Boy" Danny Morris.
EPW Extreme Champion "The Future" Chris Styles defeated Damion Rage by DQ when Cassanova Kid interfered. This turned into a brawl between Styles & Kid after the match had been stopped. The dressing room emptied with the guys trying to keep them apart. They finally succeeded after about ten minutes. Great action post match. Re-match this Saturday night.
PHAT Foundation (Justin Rhodes & Chris Fontaine) & Kross defeated The Executioners (Axe & Dagger) & Cassanova Kid when Chris Styles interfered.
"Prime Time" Nick Grimes w/Nathan Lee won a 3-way match over "Dangerous" David Cox & Tysin Starr to retain the EPW Championship.
A contract signing was next. Bonecrusher had demanded a match with 24/7 (Kross & JR Mauler) because they were always interfering in Bonecrusher's matches and sticking their noses into his business. EPW Promoter Edith Poole had a contract drawn up for a match to take place on October 18, 2008. It will be a NON-SANCTIONED, anything goes, cage match, 24/7 vs. Bonecrusher and an opponent of his choosing. Another stipulation in the contract says that Bonecrusher, Kross, & JR cannot touch each other until the match takes place, or the match is cancelled. Bonecrusher signed first, followed by Kross & JR Mauler. Knowing that Bonecrusher could not touch them, Kross & JR began taunting Bonecrusher. Soul Taker hit the ring and tore into 24/7, who quickly bailed. Bonecrusher's partner will be Soul Taker, who did not have to sign the contract. Kross & JR are in for a rough time between now and 10/18.
Main event was the re-formed team of Pain, Inc. (Izzy Rotten & "Xtreme" Brett Michaels) w/Nathan Lee vs. EPW Tag Team Champions The Ghost Riders (Buzz Harley & Blade). This was a non-title match, which was won by Pain. Inc., who left with the belts. Re-match this Saturday night.
I counted 88 in the crowd. Paid attendance was 70. With the exception of one match, this was a very good show.
This Saturday night's card at EPW will feature former WWE star & ECW Original Rodney "Red Dogg" Mack, who will be teaming up with Angel of Sin to take on PHAT Foundation. Rodney Mack is one of the most talented pro wrestlers on the independent scene today. Angel of Sin is said to be one of the most vicious men in indy wrestling. You don't want to miss this match!
Also on the card this Saturday night is the re-match between Pain, Inc. and the Ghost Riders for the EPW Tag Team belts.
Also this Saturday night, Chris Styles and Cassanova Kid will do battle for the EPW Extreme title in an anything goes match.
