Chase Stevens won a 17-man rumble to win the vacated USWO Championship, last eliminating Casey. Earlier, USWO Commissioner Gordon had announced that the reigning champ Manslaughter had been injured and would be unable to defend the title, so he was stripped.
Chris Michaels had appeared to do commentary with Michael St. John for the rumble and presented the belt to Stevens after the match then turned on him.
