I really did not expect much with the show airing 12:30am on a Saturday night and honestly they are not great. The DMA avg. is a 1 rating with an 8 share, and a 13 HUT. What that means is that about 8% of the people watching TV at that time of night were watching (RCW). In other words, out of the 10,800 people in the entire area watching TV at that time, about 865 were watching RCW. I was told that's the best you can expect for such a bad time slot.
----ASWF got roughly the same number on Friday night, but they are fewer people watching TV that night. They got a 1 rating, with an 11 share, but only a 5 HUT. It works out to about 4,150 people watching TV at that timeslot, so they’ve got about 455 viewers.
----At this point both promotions will have to decide to if TV is helping their product with less than 1000 people watching it. RCW is on a hiatus from running house shows right and have enough in their can to continue to run TV shows. Not sure about ASWF, but SOMETHING has been helping them draw fans to the shows. I think it can be contributed to TV [hardcore fans], no wrestling in Jonesboro and new talent in ASWF like Brian Christopher.
