At the beginning of the show 24/7 (Kross & JR Mauler) came to the ring and said they wanted a shot at the tag team belts. Bonecrusher came to the ring and said they were not getting a shot because his partner was not there. The members of Smooth, Inc. came to the ring and, along with Bonecrusher, beat 24/7 down. Brian Christopher in to make the save. A match was set up for later by Edith Poole, 24/7 & Brian Christopher vs. Smooth, Inc. & Bonecrusher. A stipulation was added - the losing team would get pies in their faces by the fans.
Chazz Stone defeated Keylo to become the #1 contender for the EPW Heavyweight belt.
Intermission - Halloween costume contests, etc.

Buzz Harley defeated Johnny Dotson in a last man standing lumberjack match.
