Smooth, Inc. (Sweet Daddy Jones & Chrome) w/Antoin Smooth defeated The Lethal Rednecks (Chazz Stone & LSD) to win the TFW Tag Team belts. After the belts had been handed to Jones & Chrome, Jones grabbed both belts and told Chrome & Smooth to get lost. Jones said that he is now TFW Tag Team Champions by himself.
A letter to the fans from the TFW owner was read, announcing that the TFW Lightweight championship was being done away with, and that a new division and championship was being created. Tonight will be the beginning of a tournament to crown the new champion of the division, which will be named by the fans.
Tournament matches:
El Cruce vs. Chris Styles was declared a draw by the referee after Brett Michaels & DC interfered, attacking both men. Both El Cruce & Chris Styles will advance in the tournament.
DC vs. Brett Michaels ended in a double pin - both men advance.
Chrome w/Smooth vs. Chazz Stone vs. LSD - LSD wins the match when he turned on his former partner, Chazz Stone, hitting him with a baseball bat given to him by Josh Matthews. LSD advances.
Main event: DC/Brett Michaels/TC vs. Chris Styles/El Cruce/Bill "Superstar" Dundee - Stipulation: If Chris/El Cruce/Dundee win, TC has to do whatever Chris Styles says for 30 days. Winners: Chris Styles/El Cruce/Dundee.
The card for this Friday night at TFW will include Josh Matthews vs. Shawn Reed for the TFW Heavyweight belt.
Also, Bill "Superstar" Dundee will return to TFW on June 3, 2011. It will be Chris Styles & Bill Dundee vs. DC & Brett Michaels in a Street Fight.
