----Corey Maclin opens with an interview with “New Nature Boy” Kevin White and “Total Protection” Mr. Hughes. Hughes tells White he did good to get rid of the “Men in Black’. White/Hughes vs “The Posse” [Simon Reed/Lil Chris]. Heat on Chris. Hughes just squashed him. Hot tag to Simon, but Hughes didn’t even feed for the hot tag and White stayed in the ring. He cut off Simon and then hit Chris. White then with the ref’s head turned hit Simon in the back with Posse’s skateboard and pinned him.
----Derrick King with Rashard Devon beat Rockin Randy in a good match. Randy didn’t get much, but what he did get it got him over. DK actually did a complete squash, but got Randy over with perfect hope spots.
----Sid Vicious and Johnny Rotten interview. Vicious talks about who Lawler has been unfair to – Doug Gilbert, Downtown Bruno – and then mentioned Vicious/Rotten. That was a shoot. LOL Corey said they were “running roughshot” on everyone. LOL
----“Opening the Vault” with “The Fabulous Ones” [Steve Keirn/Stan Lane] vs “Bruise Brothers” [Porkchop Cash/Dream Machine] with Jimmy Hart in the Channel 5 studio for the CWA World Tag Team Titles. Good match. Assassins [Roger Smith/Don Bass] were sitting in the crowd without their masks and jumped in helping Hart beat up the Fabs. Keirn juiced. Lance Russell and Dave Brown were so good here putting over the fact that the Assassins didn’t have their masks on in the crowd, but when they jumped in the ring they put them on.
----Corey has “Sam’s Town” footage from the night before. Clip of Sid Vicious/Johnny Rotten vs Jerry Lawler/Brian Christopher. They started the clip with Lawler taking the heat. Sid went to chokeslam Christopher, when Lawler came up from behind him for the roll up and pin.

---- Jon Michael/Dustin Starr by DQ over “Insane Clowns” [Giggles/Bobo] with Rashard Devon. Heat on Starr with hot tag to Michael. Michael with a big boot on Bobo and went down for the pin. Giggles hit Michael with their water bucket for the DQ. Good match. A little sloppy at the hot tag.
----NOTES: Opening bout had everybody looking good, but when you have a team that will NOT even follow the hot tag, then it makes it looking shitty. I believe this is the 2cnd week in the role that White/Hughes did that…I seen some of Rockin Randy’s first bouts and you would not believe it is the same guy. A real good worker… Thursday September 6, 2007 Delta Fair Musical Festival Memphis Wrestling for only $5…I got to say the Fabs are the reason I am such a tag team mark…Lawler pinned Sid, not Rotten as we reported in the results. During the clips, you could hear the sound of the bumps, but they were playing “Eye of the Tiger” by Survivor. You could not hear the crowd?? WTF?? This kind of stuff makes the promotion look Mickey Mouse…The “Sam’s Town” crowd did not look like 300 people?? I was told 150 – 200 by one source and 300 by another, so I am not sure…Get Dustin Starr out of meaningless tag teams, turn him and put him against Lawler!! They have one of the best heels in this area playing face. He could start a feud with Michael and at least they would have good bouts. Michael would get over also, if such given the chance!!
