----I seen these results over at Trent Van Drisse's board. So, we know where Sid and Lawler were yesterday, instead of TV. Since both of them probably bagged over $1,000, I think would have been in Danbury, CT also.
Sid Vicious pinned Jerry "The King" Lawler at last night's Northeast Wrestling "Heat Wave" show in Danbury, CT. Vicious used a foreign object for the win.
Jerry Lawler also served as emcee for the bikini contest between Christy Hemme and Talia Madison; Ron Simmons was the special guest judge.
Sid also made a second appearance on the card. He chokeslammed both members of the Connecticut Idols tag team (Kurt Adonis and Fred Curry, Jr.) after the opening match in which the Idols defeated The NOW.
Other notes: Abyss won a singles match; Romeo Roselli lost to local favorite Brian Anthony; Christy Hemme came back to win a wrestling match over Talia Madison when she used the ropes for added leverage; Current NEW heavyweight champion (and former ROH champion) Xavier defeated Jason Blade.
