Bat On A Pole Match: Brian Christopher vs Doug Gilbert, Jerry Lawler with Renee vs Kevin White with Sue Young – Loser’s Valet Gets 10 Lashes, and Lumberjack Strap Match: Derrick King/Johnny Dotson vs “Too Kool 2” [Tim Grind/Flex].
-----Brian Christopher/Ali Stevens interview. Good interview. Brian C/Ali beat Fire/Flame. Ali takes the heat. Good solid match. Hot tag after Ali double closelined them and dives for the tag. Brian then tagged in Ali again and Fire/Flame came out of it with clothelines. Fire/Flame went to the top rope and did a double dive from opposite corners and Ali/Brian C moved to pin both guys.
----Kevin White/Sue Young/Mr. White/Gladiator interview. Good interview. White/Gladiator beat Tatt2/Chris Lexx. Good short match. Heat on Tatt2 with hot tag to Lexx. White cut him off quick and went for some variation of a Russian leg sweep on Lexx for the pin. Tatt2 did a dive onto Gladiator to the floor, but camera did not catch it.
----Jerry Lawler interview via phone. Kevin White/Young/Mr. White come out. Stip are made for White vs Lawler bout. Lawler wanted to know how Reggie B Fine was still on the show. LOL
----Derrick King/Johnny Dotson with Rashard Devon. Fine says he want to interview them. Dotson/King beat Charlie Lear/Crime. Lair is taking the heat and just tags Crime. You can see Dotson looking over at King and it looks like he is thinking, “What the hell is he doing?” LOL Dotson/DK do a catapult into a superkick with Crime falling back in position as Dotson pins him. Good, except the hot tag screw up. After the match DK/Dotson/Rashard start whipping Crime with belts. Tatt2/Lexx/Lair try to make the save, but they are jumped also. Rashard hit Lair with his laptop [in a case]. “Too Kool 2” [Tim Grind/Flex] made the save.
----Clip of DK/Dotson vs TK2 match from last week. TK2 interview. TK2 by DQ “Insane Clown” [Bobo/Giggles] with Rashard. Flex had Bobo pinned after their double team finisher when Rashard jumped in and hit Flex with a keyboard. DK/Dotson hit the ring with straps. TK2 ended up taking them away from them and whipping them. Good setup for the strap match.
NOTES
---- Reggie said he drove to Japan with Sue Young and it took $5,000 worth of gas…Fire & Flame are the same two guys that worked here as The Assassins and have not been here since the infamous Sal Corrente “Sam’s Town” show. Good to see them back though, they are good solid team… Flame looked to almost just fall off the top turnbuckle doing the double dive spot. Both of these guys are in the 300 lb range, so that is pretty amazing coming from them…Fine mentioned that there is wrestling every Saturday night in Ripley, TN and he wrestled Tatt2 last week…Fine said that Jose Conseco snitched on Lair, because he is not on them steroids anymore. LOL Lair looks to have lost about 20 lbs since last time on TV and is very skinny…Lair got hardway from that laptop shot …They only gave three matches for the Argicenter show….Good show with 4 tag team matches. I liked that because I am a tag team mark. I do not believe I am saying this, but Fine was ok this week. He did not get in the way of the matches and did a good job making me laugh. He was also dressed very nicely and looked like an announcer.
