RassleResults: NBW. Dyersburg, TN. 9.1.07

The show started off this week with Jeff McDonald aka Bigg Money Gripp coming to the ring along with NBW Commissioner Allen Walker and "Upset Kid" Jeremy Moore. McDonald made the official announcement that Jerry "the King" Lawler and "Grand Master Sexay" Brian Christopher will be at Legacy on September 22ND. McDonald challenged Jimmy Tidwell to find him a couple of guys to take on the "King" and the "Prince". Jimmy Tidwell and "The Enforcer" Mark Justice made their way to ringside to disrupt the party telling McDonald that he would announce his guys next week and in not so many words that they was taking over and that they had a very special surprise in store for Jeremy Moore tonight if he was man enough to accept. Moore told Tidwell to bring it on and Tidwell brought out none other than Motley Cruz. Cruz told Moore that they didn't have to wait until later on to fight, they could go right then and there. From out of nowhere, in the back door on the Arena come the returning Gaylon Ray. Ray put a serious pounding on Moore. Security tried to pull Ray off of Moore but all was knocked down for their troubles. Ray continued to pound on Moore to the point of Justice and Cruz getting in the ring to "hold" Ray back before letting him go to dish out more punishment on his seemed endless rival. Order was finally restored and Moore was helped back to the locker room but not before Tidwell made a match later on between Moore and "Pretty Sexy".

NBW High Risk Champion Lil' Tim Alfonzo is out first with a special surprise opponent. The Arena lights went off and the NBW security guards rolled a casket out to ringside and when the lights came back on and the top opened revealing Baron Malkavain.
the last time Malkavain was in NBW he bit Alfonzo on the neck putting him out of action for months. now he returns to get another taste of what he left behind. this match was very fast paced and showed off what the "High Risk" division is supposed to be. in the end, Malkavain was going for Alfonzo's neck again and the current High Risk champion grabbed his belt and ran for the locker room with the Baron winning by countout.

Submission Match
Crazy Train defeated "Straight Shooter" Gunner Thompson in a very scientific match where both men was aiming for a body part. the end drew to a close when Thompson charged towards Crazy Train, who was in the corner, with a shoulder and Crazy Train moved out of the way. when Thompson turned around, Crazy Train locked in his "Cherokee Crossface" and after a few moments of sheer pain, the "Straight Shooter" was tapping out so he could live to fight another day.
after the match was over, a familiar face to Dyersburg wrestling, "Cosmic Cowboy" Brian Steele made his return by congratulating Crazy Train. after Steel got Crazy Train to dance for the fans and while he was holding his arm up in victory, Steele nailed Crazy Train with a short arm clothesline before knocking him out with a guitar shot to the side of the head. Steel told Crazy Train that he don't like redneck Indians and that if Crazy Train wanted to play cowboys and Indians he was going to be sure and scalp him first.

Last Chance Title Match for the NBW Tag-Team Championship
Handicapped Match for the titles.
Since Void had a Hardcore title defense later on, and Robbie Douglas was not there, the committee made this a handicapped match with
Defending Champion A.J. Bradley vs. Team X
this match was Team X almost the entire time with the specialists using their variety of kicks and chops knocking the, defending underdog if you will, down almost every time he would get back to his feet. towards the end of the match there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication and bickering between the members of Team X. the end saw Void running back to the ring helping Bradley put one over on the challengers by pinning Gryffon X, making sure that B.L.S. kept hold of those belts, making this the last title opportunity Team X would receive.
after the match, while Phoenix X was trying to help his fallen partner, Gryffon X turned on Phoenix with kicks and stomps before finally giving him a vicious looking "Rude Awakening". Gryffon took off his mask revealing his true identity. John "Biscuit" Robertson. Robertson got the mic and told Phoenix that for 2 years he has carried him around and he was tired of it. Robertson told Phoenix that from now on he was looking out for #1. He told Phoenix that he has been nothing but a let down for the last few weeks and that he was going to start doing things his own way and that Team X was officially dead. He told Phoenix that he hated him as he let the ring. Robertson left the Arena but not without making some more rude comments towards the ringside fans and almost starting a riot amongst some of those offended.

6 Pack Challenge for the NBW Hardcore Championship
Champion - Void vs. Redman vs. Zane Richards vs. E.Z. Ryder vs. Jackhammer vs. The Sicilian Kid.
Elimination style for the hardcore title with pinfalls in the ring. this match was wild and bloody. every weapon imaginable was used including chairs, several that was broken during the action, what looked to be a dining cart, ring steps, canes, road signs and anything else they could find. Redman eliminated Jackhammer. E.Z. eliminated The Sicilian Kid. Zane eliminated Void. Redman eliminated E.Z. Ryder. Zane eliminated Redman to become the new Hardcore champion.

"The One Man Wrecking Crew" Tank was out right after intermission and got the mic telling everyone that as soon as he got to the building Jimmy Tidwell told him to get dressed and ready for competition. Tank told the crowd that he has not been released by the doctors and still only has about 12% vision in his left eye, which is still heavily bandaged. Tank said that his vision is worth more money that NBW pays him and that Tidwell could take the match and stick it. About this time Tidwell comes out and tells Tank that he gave him last week off and that he doesn't care what happened to his eye and to stop crying because he has another one and that it will be ok. Tidwell told Tank that as long as he is on the NBW roster and is getting payed, he will do what he tells him to do and that his opponent was ready. Out comes NBW Heavyweight Champion "Real Deal" Tim Edwards and J.R. Manson. Tidwell tells Tank that his match will be a tag-team match and that he needs to find a partner because his match starts right about.....now. Tidwell says that since Tank doesn't have a partner he will have to wrestle them by himself.
Handicapped Match
"The One Man Wrecking Crew" Tank vs. "Real Deal" Tim Edwards & J.R. Manson w/ Tidwell at ringside.
they worked Tanks eye almost this entire match-up. Raking his eye across the ropes, thumbing him, stomping on his eye as well as punching and just an all out relentless assault. Tank finally started coming around near the end of the match when he ducked a double clothesline attempt and delivered a double of his own. Alex Krisis, evidently had seen enough, came to the ring and offered his hand for Tank to tag. Tank, realizing what was going on, dove and tagged the fresh Alex Krisis, who came in and cleaned house rocking Edwards and knocking Manson down with every punch. Krisis locked in the KLAW on Manson as Edwards made his way to the outside. Krisis tagged Tank back in and threw Manson into the waiting arms of the :One Man Wrecking Crew" who delivered his "Warhead" and pinned Manson.
after the match was over, Krisis extended his hand in friendship to Tank, who in turn accepted his hand as well. Both were celebrating in the ring, when Edwards came charging in from behind with his title and nailed Tank in the back of the head sending him to the outside of the ring. Krisis started nailing Edwards with rights and lefts until Manson came in from behind with a steel chair. Krisis did a 180 and knocked the chair from Manson's hands as Manson ran for safety. When Krisis turned back around, Edwards delivered a "REDRUM" to Krisis on the chair knocking him unconscious. Krisis had to be taken out of the building on a gurney and escorted to the local hospital while Edwards and Manson stood idly by laughing as they once again one up the "One Man Wrecking Crew".

"Upset Kid" Jeremy Moore defeated "Pretty Sexy" Gaylon Ray after J.R. Manson came running out from the locker room and the duo started pounding away on Moore. after seeing what was happening from the locker room monitor, Lil' Tim Alfonzo ran out to save Moore from the onslaught that was occurring in the ring. Alfonzo attacked Ray and Manson with all he had until Moore came to his senses. After that, they squared off with each man giving it hell on Ray and Manson. Alfonzo chunked Ray over the top rope and chased him to the locker room and left Moore and Manson in the ring. Manson was distracted by all of this and seized an opportunity to grab a pair of scissors that was close to the announce table. Moore grabbed Manson by the hair and cut a huge chunk from his scalp with Manson running for cover once again, but this time with Moore having the last laugh.

What was supposed to be "The Enforcer"'s night off according to Jimmy Tidwell, turned into the worst vacation time he has ever spent. Allen Walker was making Justice wrestle against the man whom he has caused so much agony for in the last few weeks. Kilo.
As soon as Justice came towards the ring, he immediately grabbed Kilo's wife from the audience and drug her to the ring. Without any entrance music or anything, the "Southern Outlaw" ran to the ring at full steam and began delivering one of if not the worst ass whipping Mark Justice has ever received. Kilo was just sick of the way Justice was treating himself as well as his family and vowed to beat the hell out of Justice until he got the point. Kilo nailed Justice every time he blinked and when he blinked, he hit him some more. Justice of course turned the tides on the "Southern Outlaw" by resorting to his usual cheating ways and the that's when this match got really interesting. Justice sent Kilo to the outside of the ring and followed so he could deliver more damage. These 2 brawled all over the building hitting each other with anything that wasn't nailed to the floor. I'm talking brooms, chairs, benches and all. After several minutes of trying to get this match back in the ring and being unsuccessful, the referee threw the match out for lack of control. But that still didn't stop them. With the bell being rung and the match being over they were still at each others throats. Finally, after the referee went to the locker room to try and get some help, the entire locker room emptied to pull these 2 apart but not before both men broke loose several times.

Notes: Crowd was around 60 with a gate close to $350
Next week it has been announced that "The Enforcer" Mark Justice will take on "Upset Kid" Jeremy Moore in a "Fans Participation Strap Match". Crazy Train vs. Brain Steele & the debut of "Hot Boy" John Robertson.
Crowd was hot for most of the matches. Biggest pop was for Kilo hands down. A lot of heat on the Gryffon turn as well as the return of Gaylon Ray.
