-Edward Graziano, the father of the hospitalized passenger of Nick Hogan has been arrested. He got into a fight wtih another family member and has been charged with a domestic violence injunction.
His wife made the call to the police, it is the second incident in two days, although the first didn't result in an arrest.
Edwards son, John Graziano remains in critical condition at this time.
-Due to the tragic car accident last weekend in Florida that left Nick Hogan's passenger John Craziano in critical condition, the stage is set for a major lawsuit against Hulk Hogan.
Because Nick Hogan, real name Nick Bollea, is only 17 years old and still considered a minor, Nick's legal guardian (Hulk) would be the defendant in any lawsuits filed.
